Scope Management Plan for Project Project Scope The determination of the core strategic processes used by Building Bridges in advancing its operations and their impacts on the youths over a period of one month. Product Description: This project shall be concerned with the equipping of the youth with leadership and communication skills that are required to address the root cause of vices such as hatred, violent conflict and discrimination. This shall be enhanced through the creation of a secure space for interaction among the youth on a face-to-face basis.

Therefore, it is anticipated that the youths in the respective representative areas shall be actively engaged in the enhancement of relations amongst themselves. Milestones: a. Setting up of informative youth groups comprising of fifteen members each. b. Assigning roles to each of the team members. Ensuring that each member associates positively with at least ten members daily. c. Comparative analysis of the operational activities of the organization. d. Joint integration of the generated ideas and opinions from the formed groups. e. Organization of a joint conference for all participants to combine all the ideas generated during the group sessions.

The order of magnitude for the milestones shall be in the order by which they are listed above. The project shall first be interested with the assembling of participants into different groups before assigning each their specific roles (Pierce 125-127). Key initial personnel: The key personnel for this project shall be the Project Manager, the Project Consultant, and Project Implementation Team.
