These barriers can easily be eliminated but the initial step is to identify these barriers, after identifying these barriers it is important to work on eliminating them. These barriers can be eliminated by holding monthly or weekly meetings in which performance appraisal is discussed with the employees. Each employee’s performance should be analyzed and the most consistent ones should be promoted and given an appraisal. This is a huge mistake that many organizations make, the performance of their employees gets completely ignored and as a result of which employees get de-motivated and they stop performing as well as they used to.

To conclude it is fair to say that it is important to hold monthly or weekly appraisal meetings and it is also important to reward the employees who have been consistently working well for an organization.
